Dessert

One large serving of MilkShake.

One part Fat-Free Milk.
One part Vanilla with Fudge Swirl Ice Cream.

Dinner

Bowl of Elbow Macaroni topped with Ragu Original Style Pasta Sauce, and Mozarella cheese.
Downed with a pint of Arrowhead Water.

Mid-Afternoon Hydration

Four cups of Water.

Lunch

From the Spice of Life:
Three Blackened Chicken Wraps.
One-half of a Turkey-Gouda sandwich.
One pickle.
Washed down with a can of Dr Pepper.
Followed up with a bag of Pretzels.

Breakfast

Corn Pops with Fat Free Milk.
Mug of ice water.
