Toasted Cold Italian on Foccaccio Bread with lettuce, pepper jack cheese, pepperoncini peppers, jalepeno peppers and black olives.
Two gulps of Sprite.
Water.

Lunch

Turkey with Pepper Jack on Wheat.

Pre-Lunch Snack

Baggy of Goldfish crackers.
Water.

Breakfast

Honey Nut Cheerios in Milk.
Mug of Orange Juice.
